Background

EcoMan Environmental Consultancy Services was formed in 1999 as a boutique consultancy providing services primarily to Local Government. Our initial core business was the creation of State of the Environment Reports, in accordance with NSW legislative requirements and including advice on how to make links to the management planning process. Since then though our role has expanded to include:

Our professionally qualified consultants (tertiary qualifications in Applied Science, Environmental Analysis, Management and Business Administration and Social Science) work with you to achieve the desired environmental outcomes either as a one-off or as a longer-term project. Our experience includes Environmental Management work with farmers, rural contractors and an irrigation authority, and employment in the natural resources policy area of a state Government.

Our business is structured and operated as much as possible in a manner consistent with the principles of ecologically sustainable development. We attempt to minimise the use of fossil fuels, use top quality recycled paper, and operate within an environmental management system that seeks to constantly improve our performance.
