Proxy Conferencing
As a Manager you are bombarded
with advertisements for conferences and seminars.
Most of them sound useful, but the time and the budget
don't allow you or your staff to attend as many of
these as you would like. On top of that, it's often
only one or two parts of the conference that are really
relevant, so often while the work is piling up back
at the office, you have to sit through boring
presentations that are no use at all.
To assist you we have developed
the Proxy Conference
service where we attend the conference on your behalf.
We learn about your business before we go, we sit
through the boring and irrelevant bits, and we ask
the questions and gather the information you need.
Our
Proxy Conference service is a three stage process:
- First we learn about your organisation
and how the event could be of benefit to you;
- Then we attend the event, ask the
questions you want to ask, attend the workshops
that matter to you, and collect the documentation
that can help you achieve your objectives;
- Finally we produce a written report
for you that includes an impartial analysis of your
situation and recommendations suggesting how you
can take advantage of the knowledge gained at the
event. Our aim is to make you and your staff as well informed
as if they had attended themselves. If you want
more than a written report we can come to your
office and provide you with a presentation or lead a
discussion on how the information from the
conference can be useful to you and your
organisation.
Our fee varies according
to the location and nature of the conference or event,
but one thing is certain - it costs a lot less in
time and money that sending your own representative.
Our invoice is not sent until you are satisfied that
you have received value for money.
The events attended include
forums, conferences, expos and seminars from the full
spectrum of environmental activities, from waste management,
biodiversity conservation, to stormwater, community
consultation, energy management and greenhouse issues.
